Customer Reviews of Pampers Baby Wipes Refills, Natural Aloe, Unscented, 770 WipesCustomer Review: good wipes Summary: 4 Stars
I got these wipes when Amazon had the buy $49 dollars and get $10 dollars off with a purchase from the grocery section (a special they were having). The wipes are good, but these anyways tend to be pretty wet, maybe even to wet some times (leaving extra unneeded moisture on my kids bottoms). I love that they are in reusable 70 count bags; they are great for traveling and don't take much room (compared to the large plastic tubs that they come in at the store). But for at the house, I actually just put the reusable/re-sealable baby wipes in the tub (so the kids don't get into them). I have however, noticed that there is an exp date on them, that seems to be past due, which makes me think Amazon may be selling some products cheaper because of the expiration date; but since they seem to be very moist, not sure what the harm or reason for the expiration date-and haven't had any problems with them. Having to kids 21months and 3 months, I'm sure I'll have no problem going through them quickly. I'm giving them a 4 star becase of the expiration date deal and becuase they kinds of seem excessivly wet. But still a good quality wipe that isn't flimsy.
Customer Review: Worst wipes I have ever used Summary: 1 Stars
Absolutely terrible wipes, I would never buy them again. I expected far, far better from Pampers. I've used natural and herbal medicines all my life and I don't know what the heck kind of aloe vera this is but it sure isn't "natural", as natural aloe vera isn't all nasty and slimy like this. These wipes are so slick they slip right out of your fingers and they gliss right over the top of your baby's skin (and anything stuck on it), you have to grab hard to the wipe and SCRUB to get any results. They are so oversaturated with fluid you have to towel dry your baby's skin before you can put a new diaper on otherwise if you use powder the excessive moisture combines with the powder to form an abrasive paste. By the time I got down to the last 1/4 of the pack, they were sitting in a puddle of fluid in the bottom of the container. Absolutely horrible, the dollar general wipes were better than this. If you want a name brand wipe for sensitive skin, the Huggies wipes are worlds better.
Customer Review: not resealable! Summary: 4 Stars
We were using seventh generation wipes, but they recently shrunk the size and quantity so we thought we'd try something new. After reading the reviews for the Pampers sensitive wipes (our first inclination), we ordered these because reviewers had posted the sensitive wipe refills did not have any resealable top opening. Well guess what, these are exactly the same packaging. Once opened, you have to put them in a tub or ziplock bag to keep them moist. A huge disappointment! You can't throw these in a diaper bag or stroller, not very convenient at all. The wipes themselves are quite amazing though. A big improvement over Seventh Generation and the Kirkland brand. They are extremely moist and glide all the crumbs from various crevices. We are using less wipes per changing. Only wish they could have kept the refills in a resealable package.
Customer Review: These are perfect for new babies! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this bulk refill way before the baby was born. They work awesome. The hospital gave us plain old wipes you had to wet. What a pain. These are totally easy to use. And you get points with pampers.com for free items with each pack.
No allergies, pick up the mess great. Not a single diaper rash since using these. No offensive odors either. Great to use on your hands too! Not just for baby.
Once you find something good, you stick with it. These baby wipes are the best.
Make sure you buy at least One standard box so you have a container to put these refills in. While they do work without a box, it is a little more convient with the standard box that single packs come with.
Customer Review: Did they actually test these with mothers and fathers???? Summary: 1 Stars
These and the whole line of pampers wipes are terrible. Swipers are a little better, but I still won't buy them.
Huggies are much better as are seventh generation wipes.
When I go to wipe my baby's bum with these, it feels like I am wiping slime on him. These wipes really are slimey. The only reason I am using these is because I bought a bunch on sale, lost the receipt and can't return them.
I have to use 2 of the pampers wipes at a time to feel like I am getting a good grip on them and they are a little thinner. When I wipe with these, it's hard to explain but, they kinda crumple and fold up on themselves as I wipe and I don't know about you, but I don't want poo on my fingers.
