Customer Reviews of Pampers Baby Wipes Refills, Natural Aloe, Unscented, 770 Wipes

Customer Review: great wipes
Summary: 5 Stars

these wipes are great. i have three children and have used the pampers, huggies, and house-brand wipes. the huggies are too thick and it seems you need more of them to get the job done. house-brand don't smell as good and tend to be a bit rough. the pampers are thin, soft, and moist enough to get the job done-because they are thin, they can be maneuvered around in all the important places and folded / refolded for 100% useage (unlike the huggies that once they are folded they become too thick to maneuver). definitely not too dry as other reviewers have said. if you want something moister, go get a paper towel and wet it with water.

Customer Review: Cleans very well
Summary: 5 Stars

I don't know what they make these with, but if anything ends up dried on baby skin, these wipes gently get it off. Even dried drippy nose stuff comes clean without irritating baby's face. And if the toddler hides because he doesn't want his poopy diaper changed, and you discover this later than you would have liked, these are the wipes that will get him clean with the least amount of fuss.

They are not the cheapest, and we actually keep other, cheaper wipes around for ordinary clean-ups, but we make sure we always have some of these in the house because they clean tough jobs other wipes can't handle.

Customer Review: Disapointing
Summary: 3 Stars

I was expecting fantastic wipes from Pampers since they are one of the more expensive brands. What we got was disapointment - the wipes themselves are OK, though maybe a tiny bit too thin. However, it is absolutely impossible to pull them apart - when they sit in a wipes tub, you pull one out and half the box comes out (I feel like I'm a magician pulling out colorful handkerchiefs). We tried Huggies wipes and they are much sturdier, thicker and pull out one by one. Even cheap Walgreens wipes were better - they felt more like a material rather than paper. Unfortunately, we must say that we are switching to Huggies.

Customer Review: Ok, but nothing special
Summary: 3 Stars

I'd been using the "sensitive" Pampers wipes, but thought I'd try these because we'd used this kind with our first child, and these are cheaper than the "sensitive" ones. As someone else mentioned, they seem to have changed the formula at some point, because even though they claim to be alcohol free and unscented, they smell (kind of like alcohol). I think my daughter is getting more irritated from these, too. They're not any better at coming out of the box than any of the other kinds. I'm going back to the sensitive wipes.

I've never found wipes that I really loved.

Customer Review: Gentle-Best on the Market
Summary: 5 Stars

We've been using these wipes daily for the last 10 months. Our son has sensitive skin and we find these to gently cleanse his skin without irritation. As part of the new-parent-learning-curve we had tried pretty much every brand there is out there, but learned pretty early on that these were the most gentle and effective available. They are a little more expensive (certainly than generics), but worth every penny. Also, for what its worth, they are great for removing makeup from the face of a tired mommy who would otherwise fall asleep with makeup on...
