Customer Reviews of Pampers Easy Ups Trainers for Boys, Size 5, 80 CountCustomer Review: Not worth the frustration. Summary: 1 Stars
I normally buy Huggies Pull-Ups for my 22 month old son who wants to be just like his big brothers. We have had quite a bit of potty training success with those and also the Pampers Feel 'n Learn pants. I picked up a package of Easy Ups that were dramatically reduced in price just to try them out. I now know that the price should have been my first clue to stay away. We tried for three days with these and all we had to show for it was two large loads of laundry. These are obviously supposed to be made for children who have not mastered potty training but every time he would make use of the diaper he would end up soaking wet or worse. These don't hold anything in; I won't go into detail, parents know of the dreaded blow outs. They also left red marks because the material was so scratchy, it was worse than most cheap bargain brand diapers! We have used Pampers diapers exclusively for the past six years so I know that they do have excellent products and I can also say that they Feel 'n Learn pants are a million times better than the Easy Ups. I have no idea what happened with these but it's really disappointing. What a waste of money and worse, what a lot of frustration for my toddler! Stick with the Cruisers or move on to the Feel 'n Learn, skip these altogether.
Customer Review: 2 1/2 year old spider man loves them Summary: 5 Stars
I bought them for my 2 1/2 year old grandson. He also has Spiderman undershorts that are too big. When he got his Easy Ups last week he took his diaper off and told his mother he wanted Diego. Now every day he wears Spiderman over Diego. He doesn't want a diaper anymore and he's going in the toilet, which he wouldn't do before I bought the Easy Ups. He has no trouble getting them off by himself in time to avoid an accident. His mother got him a step stool so he can get on the toilet by himself. He likes doing for himself. He is still waking up wet in the mornings, so Spiderman still needs some overnight protection for awhile longer. His mother is very grateful that I bought these and I am getting ready to order another package.
Customer Review: Could not live without them Summary: 5 Stars
I have used Easy ups on my son since he was 9 months old. He was always very active, and very hard to change with a regular diaper. These work just like regular diapers, except that they pull on like big boy pants. We use them at night too, and for those of you who have leakage problems at night, I would make sure that you are not using a size that is too big. If the fit is correct, we have not had any leakage problems at all. The only problem is that it is very hard to find them in an economy size box without ordering them.
Customer Review: Best out there, worth the extra over store brands Summary: 5 Stars
My son has been using these since he was 10 months old... not because he was a potty training prodigy, but because he would take the regular diapers off - so it was either training pants or mess, :). The pampers are the only ones that don't leak for us, we tried all the cheaper ones but they would never make it through the night and we used twice as many during the day ... so there was never a cost savings for us to use the cheaper brands.

Safety comes first on planes and that means staying buckled up is a must. Whether just completing potty training or in the midst of it, reverting back to pull-ups for a flight can be a "lifesaver" for a child (and parent!). The urge to go often comes just when the flight is taking off and going to the bathroom is not an option. Easy-ups are easy to change since the child can stand.
