Excellent product, i had a Panasonic prior to this model and was quite satisfied so stayed with the brand. This one seems more durable, easy to use and very effective---absolutely no flaws except it is a bit more cumbersome than the previous model and did not come with all the handy attachments (which most women never use anyway)....it is ideal for nose hair removal---never use tweezers and sneezes again. WARNING: should not be used on your eyebrows....unless you are trying to remove them....and yes, i tried that...still waiting for them to grow back...Customer Review: Don't Bother

I recently purchased this model to replace an older Panasonic model that I loved for years. This new model ER430K is simply horrible and is a completely unacceptable replacement. It's nice and quiet, and I'm sure the vacuum works great, but I wouldn't know since the blades would not cut the hairs I was trying to trim. We're talking about hairs easily 1/4" in length. A trimmer should be able to shave those down, don't you think? If the hair was longer than that I could have used scissors. Don't bother even trying this product, it's a waste of money.Customer Review: Perfect

love this nose hair trimmer. i've owned the Panasonic ER112BC and the Panasonic ER421KC. Both of them pooped out on me after years of use. these things are so cheap, i didn't really mind buying another Panasonic, so i decided to go with this ER430K. man, i love this trimmer. by the way, i only use it in my nose. its much more powerful than the other two that i've owned, much more powerful. you can feel and hear that the motor is more powerful. it does a perfect job trimming my crazy fast growing little nose hairs. great product!Customer Review: It Really Works!

I had read a review of this nose/ear hair trimmer in our local newspaper. I was skeptical, because I've never found one that really does what it's supposed to do. I would find myself boring into the nasal passages, winding and grinding, and still hairy. So when I popped the battery into this one, I had little hope. Much to my amazement, the thing went right to work, effortlessly taming the interior of my nose, without my usual excavation. AND, it vacuums away it's trash! Not the best and not the worst I've used. I actually like a larger more substantial trimmer. My last was much more powerful. Used c cell batteries. I do enjoy the vacuum, but feel this also draws too much power away from the cutting blade.
Pro's - Vacuum, light weight, portable, wet/dry use, and effective
Con's - underpowered, takes several passes to complete job
I would rate it a 3.5, but amazon doesn't have half star ratings. The price is average, but I still recommend this overall.
