This product does exactly what it is supposed to. I have no complaints. I have seen some similar products that were not that expensive but I don't think the price was bad and I like the look and parts on this product. There was supposed to be a clear case included for the extra attachments and I did not get that which was disappointing but that's my only negative.Customer Review: Best personal shaver for women!

I have purchased several personal/facial hair shavers in the past, and they were all very disappointing for a variety of reasons: i.e. a complete waste of money.
The Panasonic pivoting head facial groomer is THE BEST by far and definitely worth the somewhat higher price! I am so happy to have finally found one that works so well. It is a SUPERIOR product.

This product does exactly what it promises to do, and I love it! I agree with other customers who said that you have to go over a particular spot a couple of times, but otherwise, it's great! I use it once or twice a week and it keeps things "in check." My roommate even ordered one after I raved about mine, and she loves it, too. It's totally worth the $20!Customer Review: Does the job.

It is comfortable to use, does the job, and I am hoping it lasts longer than the others I had.
It is now a year (plus) later, and I would like to add that it is TERRIFIC! Does everything that I need it for....and is lasting well beyond what I originally had thought. Highly recommended.

Since I had chemo treatments and lost most of my hair, when it did start coming back, it came in heavy and dark. I tried using the creams to remove the facial hair but they tended to make my face turn red and burned my skin. I got this and it does the job without the redness. I could use it everyday if needed. Worth giving a try.
