I am a licensed esthetician and because some clients use retinols or other Vitamin A derived products, it is not recommended that they wax their faces. I would give this a 3 1/2 star rating if there was an option to do so. The battery is not included which is annoying. It trims facial hair without damaging the skin or leaving stubble or redness. However, it seems impossible to get the eyebrow short/long attachment to get on the device.Customer Review: The Best Facial Groomer Ever!

I've searched for years, anything to effectively remove the "fuzz" on my cheeks and neck. A few trimmers worked OK, but didn't last. This Panasonic is a keeper! and replacement blades are available. I'm looking forward to a lasting relationship with this little pink tool.

I have been using this product for a month now, and it stills works amazing. The longer blade head allows for easy lip and nose trimming. The smaller blade head with detachable eyebrow brush allow me to shape my eyebrows without cutting my lashes at the same time. No pain at all!Customer Review: It gives a very close comfortable shave, but it is fairly noisey. That would not deter me from buying it in the future.
