Customer Review: Good idea with major flaw

This pencil-sized facial hair groomer - for those tiny hairs you wish you didn't have - is intended to be an improvement, and hence more expensive, than its predecessors. This one features a "swiveling" head. Yes, the head swivels - but then falls off even with the most delicate motion. You could say that it's a kind of exercise machine, because the user is always bending over and picking it up, reinserting the head on its stick, and starting the whole process over again. So I vote NO on this one, and returned it, opting for the stationery, cheaper, and more reliable kind.Customer Review: An Great Product

I bought this product primarily just to get rid of the facial hair I get around my upper lip. For that purpose, this product is wonderful and painless. Just for that I would give this product 5 stars.
The groomer also does eyebrows, but I found the mechanism for doing the eyebrows to be way to much trouble to go through. If I were to rate the product on that, I would give only 3 stars.
I would say if you're looking to get rid facial hair in general, then this is for you. If you're looking for something to sculp your eyebrows, try something else.

I use the Panasonic Pivoting Head Facial Groomer on my upper lip between waxes. It is the best thing, I hardly ever wax anymore because this is not painful at all and it takes about five seconds. I have been using it for over a year now, have had NO problems. I love the eyebrow attachment that makes it so I can trim my eyebrows without getting scissors near my eyes while I'm leaning over the sink...Danger! There are two different lengths of razors that are switched out easily, I use both. The pivoting head helps in the comfort and quickness.Customer Review: Thank goodness I found this product

At 66 years old I had been searching for decades for an effective way to defuzz my face. I tried threading and my face broke out in a major rash and was so painful as well. I tried waxing, but it was such a hazzle to make a appointment, spend money, etc. A few months ago I was watching TV and a reality celebrity confessed she shaves her face every day! I decided to research on Amazon what shaver was available and I found this product. I am so glad I decided to purchase the Pivoting Head Facial Groomer because it does just what the manufacturer's description says as well as what the other reviewers stated. No more fuzz and stray hairs that are hard for you (but not others to see). And as other reviewers stated, no worries about stubble or whiskers growing back in.
I have not used the eyebrow attachments on myself, but have used them on my husband and they work just fine.
Follow the easy instructions and your facial hair worries are over!
