Customer Review: A little loud, but good for touch-ups

I usually do threading to remove my facial hair and keep this product around for quick touch-ups. The groomer doesn't irritate my skin and does the job than other similar groomers I've owned. But a couple things. First, the exchangeable trimmers are small, kind of flimsy, and easy to lose -- it would be nice if the groomer came with a case as mentioned in the manual. Also, I wish this thing was quieter -- it could be a lot worse, but the whir of the motor feels a little too loud when I'm surreptitiously trying to trim my 'stache.Customer Review: Panasonic (ES2113PC) Pivoting Head Facial Groomer, Pink

I ordered this for my brother-in-law (he wanted it for Christmas) and he uses it as a nose hair trimmer. I liked how it worked so much, I ordered this for my daughter and myself. We use it for the hair on our upper lip...the hair doesn't grow back hard or stubbly. It is also great for the bikini area. Sometimes I even use it to trim my husbands hair that grows on his neck in between haircuts. My mother-in-law and aunt saw how well it worked, I am currently buying them one for their birthdays. I just recieved and used this today, it works WONDERS! The eyebrow combs are great for evening out eyebrow hairs, and the downy hair remover quickly and efficiently gets rid of annoying peach fuzz. Be sure to trim slowly or you might feel a pinch or two. Other than that it works like magic if you read the instructions carefully. Like another reviewer said, sometimes the blade pops off, that's not a bad thing though, that tells you you're trimming too fast. Definitely a must-buy for anyone tired of razors, cremes, or waxes.Customer Review: Wonderful little gadget

I absolutely love this thing! It is what I have been looking for. I hate waxing and really hate those hair remover creams. This cuts close and is super easy to use. Hair does not grow back thicker either (just a myth). I have only one warning, watch how you use the eyebrow trimmer. I got a little too excited and started trimming away. I almost trimmed all my eyebrows off! In all honesty, this is a great product, probably the best beauty product I have ever purchased. I was desperate to find a new product like the old Panasonic Cosmetic Groomer (ES 119) but I found out it was discontinued. This new groomer with pivoting head doesn't come close to the old groomer, but it's the closest thing I could find, so it is better than nothing. This new groomer is too weak powered, and you have to go over and over the same spot too many times. Plus, all the extra parts are totally overkill. Panasonic, please just give us back the original cosmetic groomer--it was so much better!
