Customer Review: Gentle and efficient removal of facial hair

Facial hair is aging and this little jewel gets rid of it quickly and gently (no irritation at all!). It's quiet, small, easy to store and it gets embarrassing hair off your face in a flash. Returning hairs come back as before - not darker and thicker (a myth), although they are a little stickier and stubblier. Make up goes on so much smoother now! Should it ever break, I'd definitely re-order this again. Great price for a great item. I use once or twice a week and results last several days.Customer Review: Terrible!

I buy a fair number of things on-line and am generally not very picky so will keep a product even when it isn't quite what I had thought. This is a complete exception to that and after receiving the groomer and trying it I was amazed by how bad it was. It was good at cutting my skin but not any facial hair. This is one of the only items that I have ever returned. I read some negative reviews before buying it but thought that it would probably still be ok -- boy was I wrong.Customer Review: not really impressed.

I was expecting a much better product when I ordered this. One blade is really big and the other too |---| small. <- approx. size difference.
It didnt work for me, but if you are ordering this to trim your facial fuzz around your chin or cheeks, or for the sideburn areas on men, then this might be the product for you.
I think i was expecting something that might be also suitable for the eyebrow area too.

I mainly use this for the hair on my fingers and hands. I previously bought a silver colored Remington ($8.99) and the cheaply built on/off switch lasted less than a week, so I had to return it. This Panasonic is much better. The on/off switch is bigger and more durable than the Remington and some other brands. The battery is easier to replace than other cheaper units. I also like the pink color, cover and nice cleaning brush.Customer Review: Okay not great, annoyances listed

It's slightly better then the generic you will pick up at wall mart but I have the following annoyances.
1) It's more powerful than other models so this is a bonus but it should be even more powerful.
2) The eye brow trimmer ONLY pops on with a specific blade making it a pain to put on.
3) This model comes with two heads, one is too long for my use and the other is too short.
