Panasonic also delivers the sharpest blades for precise and accurate shaving. While conventional shavers offer a range of 45- to 90-degree blades, the Vortex comes with the sharpest blade angle at 30-degrees -- great for precision cutting. The linear motor offers a frictionless shave that provides the power you need to cut through even the toughest beards. The patented motor spins at 13,000 revolutions per minute (RPM), making the Vortex one of the fastest razors on the market. This shaver effortlessly powers through thick beards with less pulling and irritation while shaving.

To properly shave with the Vortex, start out with gentle pressure on your face. It is important to note that your skin and beard need about 30 days to adjust to any new shaving method, so be patient. Once your skin becomes used to the shaver, you can increase the amount of pressure applied to your face, but remember that shaving should never be painful. And to maintain your razor's cutting performance, replace your out foil at least once a year and the inner blade once every two years.

This powerful cleaning system automatically cleans, dries, and refreshes your shaver. Also, if you want a quick, easy clean for your razor, the Vortex offers a Turbo Cleaning Mode. Press and hold the on/off button to shift from 13,000 RPMs to an impressive 17,000 RPMs. Then simply rinse the shaver under water. The super-fast spinning blades will rush water through the razor, cleaning out hair, dust, and other debris. You cannot actually shave in Turbo Cleaning Mode because the blades are moving too fast to cut any hair, but it cleans the shaver in no time flat.

Wet or dry, the Vortex delivers a clean, smooth shave with the power to cut through even the nastiest of beards. This razor is fully immersible in water for a great shave in or out of the shower. With Panasonic's wet-or-dry technology, you can shave wet with lather or dry for a quick trim. When you're done shaving, simply rinse under clean water, click the Vortex into the HydraClean dock, and your razor will be ready the next morning.
