I ordered this massager a few months ago to use for some upper back problems and neck problems. In the meantime, I developed a problem with one of my feet.
After using it for three months, I can honestly say - I love it! I love the fact that it is easy to reach many different places on your back, that there are three types of massage available and two speeds. I even used it on my foot and it works great. I've had some problems with the shin areas of my legs and use it there, also.
I have been able to quit grabbing the ibuprofen and just use the Easy Reach almost all the time. What a difference it has made!

The Panasonic reach easy massager is great for backs and other areas that are almost impossible to get to with a regular massager. I use a Oster Stim-U-Lax massager as my primary unit and use the Panasonic as my back up unit or I use it for anywhere I can't reach with the Oster, mostly my middle and lower back. I absolutely love the roller head feature, it makes it so easy to massage away pain and stress. It seems to be a good quality unit, but I have only used it for a month or two so I can't speak of long term durability. If I have any issues I will update my review, but so far so good!Customer Review: must be made in korea or china

I hate to see another good brand go downhill. I used to swear by this brand but now just swear at it! this thing has no power, u can slow it almost to a stop just by holding it by hand. the cord is too short and so thin as to be like string! i'll be surprised if it last 6 mo. with little use, it's just cheaply made. if Amazon.com has a physical store, I would bring this back for a full refund. I am regretted for buying this Panasonic EV2510K, a cheaply made product, lack of punch power, and cannot do its job as a hand held massager. Pretty good. I like single heads better. Compared to the Brookstone model (which was great, but lasted only 1 year)
this model seems likely to last longer. The double heads are okay (I rate it a B), but difficult to get the deep massage
back muscles as well as the Brookstone. Still, it does a pretty good job.
