This product is nothing like my trusty Panasonic Easy-Reach which developed a switch problem after years of use. The new model has an awkward shape, the programmed settings deliver only a superficial massage, and pressing harder leads to lesser rather than more penetration. There was only one setting that did not do that but the selection switch in the handle allowed for too-easy accidental switching of programs during use and the necessity of starting all over again to find the one I wanted. The housing also felt shoddy--like it might not last long. A real disappointment.Customer Review: Excessively loud to relax and sooth muscles after being pounded by massager.

I had several people give opinions on massager, all agreed made too much noise, especially on neck and shoulders closest to ears for which I purchased this product, very disappointed with preformance also. Felt forceful pounding on sore muscles only added to the spasms, tightness, knots in muscles and increased pain. After a fair trial it now sits in it's box unused.
Needless to say I am very disappointed.

I bought this massager for my husband who has back and leg pain. He had a Panasonic massager for 21 years that finally gave up the ghost, so we knew the brand was excellent. The programs included in the massager are especially helpful for neck and back which give him relief from the pain. The only drawback is the sound it makes--reminds him of the sounds in an MRI. Would definitely recommend it!Customer Review: Wish I could get this item--But beware!

This product is not actually available from the seller, even though UnbeatableSale lists it as such. I purchased it and had to get my money back, as the seller charged me for the item, but after a long wait and several e-mails, could not ship it. In their website, they actually even indicated that the item had shipped. Will never buy again from this seller.Customer Review: More may not be better

I was not disappointed when I fired-up the Panasonic EV2610K. "Overwhelmed" is more like it. This hardy machine will do everything an aching body might hope ~ but wash the dog and perhaps I just haven't figured out that setting yet.
I'm not disappointed mind you, but I did want a vibrator; that's all, and the EV2610K is far more than that.
