Me and my mother each bought one of these. And one of them worked for 1 day, and the other didn't work at all. My mom took her's back to GNC where it was purchased. And got another one...got it home plugged it in and it didn't work. I took mine back and got another and it worked again for maybe 2 days and then did not work at all.
I called the company, left a message with someone to call me back and never got any response. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME !

The sound of it working is great ambient noise for sleeping and wth oils it makes you room smell wonderful! It does a reasonable job of humidification in my medium sized bedroom but it acts a little snarky in that it tries to turn itself on often when there is no water left in it. And it doesnt hold enough water to enjoy it all night but it will run for several hours. The light show and the aromatherapy can be quite a nice mood setter romantically as well.Customer Review: Nice, once I got it working!

I got this for my office; I live in the south-central PA area and it's very dry in the winter. Plugged it in, and it hummed for 2 seconds then shut off... was ready to send it back, then read where another reviewer rinsed it out with hot water and tried again. Wouldn't you know it, it worked! Now it's pumping out orange scented mist into my office. The hum is annoying - I'm not gonna lie - but the scent is so nice, I think I'll get used to it.Customer Review: so far so good

The directions for this product were incorrect. Had to call the company for correct instructions (tap water, not distilled), but so far it is working great. It is great for the price, but when I cleaned the essential oil film from inside, I wiped out the fill line--not permanent. It automatically turns off when the water level drops to a certain point, so if you wanted to use this as a humidifier in your bedroom, it would not last the night.Customer Review: Simply The Best!

So far I've bought 5 of these and give them as gifts! This is a fabulous product, I love it and the people I've given it to love it too. It's easy to use, you can choose the fragrance you want at any given time, and it fills the room with clean fresh aromas'. No need to worry about leaving it on because it automatically shuts off when the water level goes too low. I intend on buying more to keep a fresh supply of gifts!
