I have owned this little mister for 4-5 years now. I got my at GNC for $20.00. It diffuses the essential oils very well. I mix my own scents. It is a tad bit noisy, but changes colors and mists fine. It is a bit temperamental about the water level... If you add too much it won't mist, until you get the water level just right. But having this one for so long and using it practically everyday. It was an awesome little buy. Would definitely recommend this product. I clean it out everytime I re-use it. Just rise well and you will have no problems. Pearlessence Spa Mist Air Therapy Fountain MisterI received this and it worked for one day. I then requested a replaced from Amazon which they did at no charge. The replacement didn't work straight out of the box. I gave up on this product and returned it for a refund. I also advised Amazon that it seemed that a lot of people were having the same problem and that they might want to pull it from the web site. Customer Service was exceptional. I bought this because the humidifier in my daughter's room was impossible to clean, and she came to depend on the sound or she wouldn't stay in bed (she's 2). It just seemed like a cool bonus that it not only lights up (an optional feature), but that it would also scent the room with a few drops of essential oil. I LOVE THIS THING! I'm about to buy a second one, because during the day, I bring it downstairs, and at night, I turn it on in her room (minus the oil). It is smaller than I pictured, for some reason, but that's cool with me. 5+stars, I love it.Customer Review: Disappointed now Delighted

Unit didn't work when I got it in. I almost sent it back. I decided to call Customer support and worked with a wonderful lady named Joanne. She asked me to rinse the unit out with hot water. Something I'd already tryed. Then she said to fill it just below the marker with tap water. I plugged it in and it's worked perfectly ever since. Joanne stayed on the phone step by step. I really love this thing now and am very happy I didn't return it. Please remember that distilled water sometimes doesn't work. If it doesn't try tap water. It worked for me.Customer Review: ???

The over all quality of this Mister is some what poor. Very sensitive water level and will not start up if level is not just right. Water runs out very quickly as it is only one cup size. The lid is knocked off easily. Does have nice soothing mist sound, for me like a white noise. And have enjoyed the changing color mode and adding scent oils are so relaxing. I am still using after a year in the dry winter months for sinuses, but only for it's compact size for traveling. Have since gotten solid quality and larger for everyday use.
