This product is easy to use, and is perfect if you get rough heels. For me, it's made them soft, much prettier, and I am looking forward to the first winter in a LONG LONG time where I don't have dry, cracked, sore heels!!! I am SOOOOOO excited. Fantastic! I go barefoot the majority of the time. Unfortuantely, this causes my heels to get very dry, calused and crack. One use of the Pedegg and I once again have soft, smooth, adorable tootsies. My heels have very tough skin (comes from almost never wearing shoes - inside and out.) This really did get the tough layers off. Just be careful not to shave too much to where you get to the sensitive skin underneath.
