I've had the Peda Bella Gel Arch Cushions for over three months now and haven't used them. I spent a long time considering these before I bought them from Amazon and, when I finally did, can't get them to stick into the shoes. It takes a little work getting them properly placed, but the adhesive wears off almost as soon as the backing is removed. Maybe I'll try double-stick tape... I still think they may work well, but they haven't been one of my high-priority projects.
