The product is a very thin sheet of(maybe 1/8')foam with terry on one side. It comes with a cardboard guide with the cutouts of the different shoe sizes on it, you cut out the size you want and trace it onto the foam and cut it to fit your shoe. The foam is so thin however, that it shifts and bunches in your shoe throughout normal wear. Also the terry was not very absorbent which is why I bought the insolen in the first place. Would not recommend.
