Order took way longer to get here than it should have. Seriously doubt that I will be getting anything else from Healthy and Active.
The Smartballs themselves are, interesting. Nice if you are laying down or walking around but long and pointy enough to be uncomfortable when sitting up. I would definitely not feel comfortable wearing them anywhere outside my home, they always feel like they are going to fall out. But, they do make Kegels much, much easier and more fun. You can really tell when you are doing it right, and the vibrations will prompt you to start up another set. So in conclusion, if you just want help getting more out of your Kegels, Buy this product. But NOT from Healthy and Active. If you truly want something to wear all the time, try the single ball instead of this double model.
