I had researched a number of light therapies and while this appears to be good the paperwork that came with it is a little sparse and it does not have features that the ads lead you to believe it has. It appeared to me that it had an alarm clock that could turn it on in the early morning automatically rught before you wake up as some therapies do. Actually it has an alarm to remind you to turn it on. It is virtually identical to the one at Costco, and even at $100 off it was still more. The Costco one is billed as a travel version, this appears no different.Customer Review: Yup. It works and its awesome

Coming from sunny SoCal, I thought I would never have to deal with the symptoms of SAD, til I moved to NYC. Light deprivation became a huge issue in relation to my mood changes and brought on some serious depression. So last month, I took a pre-emptive strike and decided on this unit, because of its size and travelability. It works great. Half hour in the morning and I feel back to normal. I use it 5 times, and only need to charge it once a week. I would seriously recommend this to anyone who has to deal with the winter blues or seasonal affective disorder.Customer Review: philips health golite M2 The light that helps

I have moved to ME recently and felt really effected by the lack of sunlight available. I started using the Go Light as soon as I received it, I can honestly say it has helped with my mood and energy level. I do feel however the unit needs to be charged more often than stated. After one or two uses I need to recharge unit. I followed instructions to fully charge unit for 8hours when I received the Go Lite. I would recommend this to anyone who feels the effect of SAD. I have let my friends try the unit as well. My kids 16 and 21 refuse to try it.Customer Review: 4333874

Light therapy by Phillips/Apollo, whatever... is changing my life. I get better every day. My sleep patterns (I went from waking up at 4pm to abruptly have to wake up at 7am) have improved and I wake up refreshed. I suffer from clinical depression, Seasonal Affective and am currently getting tirated down on my doses of venlafaxine to quit... only to start on another pos. I don't know what I would do without this light.

I used the Blue Spectrum Light Therapy Device during the times I was living in a cave in France. I thought it would help nourish my skin and provide my eyes with much needed Light sensation but all I got was a horrible headache and pain in my eyes. For days I couldn't see very well and had to sleep it off.
Also, some of the food (I was eating hermit crabs) I ate reacted vigorously against the Blue Spectrum Light which caused me to get huge patches of rashes.
