This is a fantastic portable full spectrum light. I can move it around easily and travel with it too. The alarm is cool too, sounds like wind chimes. I highly recommend this over the tall lamps that are so cumbersome and hard to move around. It works too, I feel much better.

I just bought this box last week- my first light box and I wish I had bought one years ago. I've only used it a few times and I've already seen a marked improvement in my mood. It is smaller than I expected, which is great. I got this model because it has an alarm that starts the light at the set alarm time & it is battery operated. I wish I had known it has to be plugged in to start the light with the alarm.Customer Review: excellent product

I have had insomnia for my whole life- using this and keeping a regular sleep schedule has changed my life- I have more energy and can now wake up early (and even go to the gym). I no longer have to use sleeping medication.
