Customer Review: Can be rough on the neck and motor may give out

I bought this razor almost five years ago with high expectations. One thing I soon found was that getting the hairs at the lower part of both sides of the front neck was hard as well as not pleasant. I also found that the trimmer was best to cut the hairs leading down my chin==center part of the neck. There was a visiting shaver repairperson coming to our town and he cleaned it twice. I replaced the blades three times.
But this is a razor that needs to be cleaned at least annually. Now I feel
my razor is ready for the junk heap. Also some of the small hairs around the chin have to be reshaved. It is a good razor but now seems to be obsolete. It charges quickly and some of the hairs can be removed by putting the head in some hot water. Yet the razor still should be
disassembled monthly to get the heads clean. With shaking hands this was a problem for me.
