The problem I had before, which is what prompted me to purchase the replacement foil, was that when I use the Bodygroomer on certain parts of the body it tended to snag and the foil would fall off. I attributed this problem as wear and tear on the foil, but after just buying the new foil the problem still persists. This can be very aggrivating, especially if you shave over the toilet! Granted, I realize that I may be pressing down too hard on my skin with the Groomer, yet I still rate the Bodygroomer good, just not great - which is what their website indicates.Customer Review: product ok - bad customer service from Amazon and UPS

UPS/Amazon claimed this was shipped on Jan. 2. and estimated delivery Jan. 7. Still hadn't arrived by the 10th, but customer service said "give it until the 14th". By the 18th, Amazon refunded my money, claiming it was suddenly "out of stock". Appparently UPS had lost it. I noted one vendor was J+R Music, so I checked their website and they had plenty on hand. Obviously Amazon was lying. It arrived a couple of days after ordering. Too bad these can't be found in stores to avoid this nonsense.Customer Review: Was skeptical - BUT GREAT REPLACEMENT HEAD

I have used a triple head electric razor for years and learned long ago it's better to buy a new razor than replace the blades, which sometimes cost even more than the razor.
NOT this time. For the Noreclo Bodygroom THE REPLACEMENT NOT ONLY WORKS WELL, I THINK IT WORKS BETTER THAN ORIGINAL DID WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT.
ALSO, IT'S SO EASY TO JUST POP IN AND IT ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY.
LOVE IT - NO COMPLAINTS - WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

As a black male model with sensitive skin (and beard), I live by this razor for giving such a quick, wonderful close shave; I often give the bodygroomer as a gift plus I've been ordering the replacement heads for years now and believe me when I say that I have used it to shave EVERYTHING in my line of work. I highly recommend it to ANYone who suffers from ingrown hairs in their beard or simply endures hyper-sensitive skin (no matter where that skin is).Customer Review: Pretty nice shaving head

i have been using the shaver now for a while and i noticed one thing right off the bat. The shaving head foil is very weak and you shold be very careful with it or it can get pushed into the shaver. that doesnt bother me to much cause i use it with a gaurd on it anyway. i thought i was needing an new head so i got one and reliezed that really all i needed was to charge the shaver after every use...i needed one anyway cause the foil was pushed inside it
