I can not give you a review on this product yet being I have not recieved it as of yet.
I ordered it to be sent to an APO wich is where I am, but it was sent to my home address wich I am not at, unfortunately not only do I sacrafice a year of my life to spend it in Afghanistan but I also sacrafice my money, I have to pay for the shipping of my products then pay again to have them shipped to me here where I need them. I have now sworn off Amazon.com being this is not the first time I got the short end of the stick from them, I have alwasys said fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, well shame on me and I will not give them the chance for a third time mainly for the fact that I have told them of both incidents and I have not gotten even the slightest appolagy.
It might be me but the way I was raised that if I were to do some one wrong or not serve them correctly I was to some how find a way to make it right with that person. so much for respect these days.
Now I wonder if they will even post this review being that it is not a very positave review.

With hundreds of models, parts styles, colors and gender pre determined shaving machines one would think
that a powerful search ENGINE out there would help in finding replacement heads or cutters would be a snap !!!
NOT !! there are so many styles, part numbers, combinations, registered Marks, Trade marks, colors, shapes, functions, names and the like that its an ocean of useless information thet the consumer gets thrown into. SIMPLIFY AND ORGANIZE YOUR DATABASES SOI THE CUSTOMERS, SPECIALLY MEN, CAN GET IN, PUNCH A FEW KEYSTROKES,
SPEND MONEY AND GET HE TELL OUT.
BUT NOOOO !!! My Norelco shaver is fairly new. one or two years at the most. yet it was a nightmare to find replacement heads for it. everyone else's models and codes are listed exept MINE !!! what the hell? You people want to sell and spend lotsa time and money "thinking" ( paradox) how to entice the customer to spend money, yet the truth is that as time goes by it gets extreemely complicated to SHOP!!!

Replacement blades are a must. The razor will remind you about once a year which is fine in most cases. But, if you have a heavy beard or shave more than once a day, as I do, then you should replace the blades every 8 months or so. The reminder on the razor is only a suggestion, not a command. After all, it does not know when the blades get dull. So, I simply ignore the reminder and replace the blades when I feel it is necessary.

One thing you must do is use the new blades for several days until they settle in and adjust to your skin. Until then you may have a little irritation. Another problem I have solved is the hair on my neck. I use to think the harder I press the razor, the better it would get those stray hairs. But, all I got was a rash. I discovered that if I simply use a very light touch and not press hard then it got those hairs much better and with no redness.

Replace your blades at least once a year and your face with thank you.

We have a father in a nursing home in another state and have had to purchase a new electric razor almost every year. We tried shopping around for, wrapping and shipping to replace heads and after all the hassle, it never seemed to work. Then we got this Norelco razor and he loved it, the caregivers loved it, and we decided to try replacing the heads again (Much cheaper and better for the environment than throwing out the razor again.)

These were shipped directly to a caregiver there, got there in just a couple of days with the free super saver shipping, and were extremely easy to replace. And the razor works like new again! I put these on the subscribe and save plan so they will always be shipped free and I save a little in the deal. We should not need them more than once a year, but we can just pass on the first regular shipment in 6 mos. and get the next one (or order in between if needed).

Great deal. Gotta love this Amazon thing!

Customer Review: Replacement Heads Are a Must For a Clean Shave

If you use your electric razor every day you must replace the heads at least one a year. I noticed that my razor wasn't cutting cleanly; so I replaced my heads after ten months. What a difference, rather than taking three or four passes, it takes one or two with no pulling. My beard is heavy; so, I will be replacing the heads every six to eight months. It's worth the extra money for a clean shave; I was spending more on Gillette Mach3 cartridges every six months. I apply "William's Lectric Shave" before and "Nivea Post Shave Balm" after shaving; the alcohol based after shave I was using caused redness and burning around my neck. Overall, I'm very pleased with my "Norelco Razor" and would recommend its use by anyone interested in a comfortable clean shave.
