I am very pleased with the performance of my razor after installing these new blades, in fact, I don't remember the razor working that well when it was new. The reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. It is obvious that Norelco is overcharging for this product when you can buy a complete new shaver for just a few dollars more than the replacement blades.Customer Review: Replacement shaver heads

I have used this product, or its predecessor for many years. I prefer using Norelco shavers...since I have been shaving for about 60 years, my experience tells me this is the best product for me. It would be nice if parts didn't wear out, but, unfortunately, they do. So, I feel it's a relatively small price to pay to basically have a new shaver every year.Customer Review: Great move!

The head of my razor fell off and I could never get the old blades back in. The whole thing was a few years old so I didn't feel too bad replacing it, but I decided to give these a shot. They were simple to install and WOW this thing works so much better. I forgot what it was like to have new blades. The Philips Norelco HQ8 Spectra Tripleheader replacement heads for my razor are a critical part for obtaining a close shave. The heads should be a normal replacement every 12 months. Somehow the time slipped by and it was a longer time period before I purchased these new heads for my razor. They immediately returned the shaver to its close-shaving newness.Customer Review: Does the job

This product does the job. I was disappointed that, though my razor is listed as compatible, the first two weeks after installing this product my razor indicated I needed to change my heads. Also, I expected the shave to improve back to good-as-new quality rather than remaining in the same ballpark as my old shaver heads. But, these certainly do the job.
