I use the Precision Nose and Ear Trimmer for keeping my pubic area clean after shaving it with an old fashion hand razor and beard gel which I lather up. It doesn't work very well for large clumps of hair so be warned. I used to use a regular barber hair Trimmer for my lower regions but my [blank] got stuck in it and it hurt badly for days after. Probably the best way to trim your lower region is to use scissors but don't do it in the dark.
This is a little cheap product that won't last, it also does not have a vaccum for Nose suction.

I am on my 2nd trimmer. The first one stopped working on my second attempt to use. I called Philips Norelco customer service line and they sent out a replacement one ASAP all postage paid. This device is very easy to use but you must use in front of magnified mirror as it takes several attempts before all hairs actually get trimmed. My second trimmer broke after using it a few times. I ended up throwing it out, purchased a Wahl nose, ear & eyebrow trimmer (model # 41559-300N) and am happy with the replacement brand/model without any mishaps.

As an ear & nose hair trimmer, I'd have to say this isn't great. There are better products out there for that.
However, as far as I know, this is the only eyebrow hair trimmer on the market, and for that purpose the NT9110 works extremely well. Way less work and does a better job than eyebrow scissors. The principle is similar to regular hair clippers, with long and short attachments. It trims to a consistent length, and works quickly and easily. Be sure to read the instructions - there is a technique to it. Highly recommended.
Customer Review: Not working anymore Summary: 1 Stars
My husband only used it less than 5 times then it didn't work anymore. We couldn't return to amazon because it has passed the 30days return policy but this product has the 60days money back warranty, we shipped it to the manufacturer. So far we still haven't received our money yet. It has been 2 weeks now.
The trimmer itself is more convenient than using scissors but you need to insert it deeper which is not comfortable.
Update: I received the check from the company already. Phew! It's a full refund.
Customer Review: Horrible packaging Summary: 2 Stars
I rarely write product reviews, but this one rose to the level of worst plastic packaging to open. When it arrives, it will be encased in a hard plastic package. Be very careful that you don't stab or cut yourself opening it. It took me about 20 minutes of hard work. No package should be this difficult to open. Philips/Norelco clearly did no consumer testing of their packaging.
Now, once you get inside, it's a great product and works well. Had it been easy to open, I would have given it 5 stars.
