The Philips Norelco NT9110 is a nose, ear hair trimmer with eyebrow combs to keep your eyebrows at constant length and remove stray hair. There are two combs to chose from, the short is (0.12 in / 3 m) and the long is (0.2 in / 5 m). The manual also suggests trying to do your neck hair with this trimmer.
The machine is battery operated, it comes with a protective cap to keep the trimmer clean when not in use, also there is a small brush for cleaning. You can also clean it under tap water.
All I can say is that I'm very happy with this trimmer, it does a clean job without iterating the skin, it's easy to use and will finish the job in seconds.

Well, I've only used it once now, but was VERY impressed. While only having used one cheezy nose trimmer once in the past, I was concerned about the usual, pulling of hair, etc. I did not experience any such thing. Prior to the nose, I used it to trim my eyebrows which are somewhat bushy. I used the longer of the two guards, but will most likely try the shorter soon. Love the fact that it can double duty those two jobs as well as ear if I need it for that later on. If I can get 5 years out of something, I'm usually happy, though small and somewhat inexpensive, I don't see any reason, yet, why this trimmer would not last that long or much longer...Customer Review: Ehhhh

So I bought this little guy at walmart. I was getting tired of the cheap $10 ones from as seen on tv. They kept breaking on me. I was excited to use it. It does a good job of trimming the light hairs on the ear and above the eyebrow but the nose hairs........HORRIBLE!! I havent has nose hair in years I always trim it with the cheap ones, but they do an awesome job. Since I am not used to the feeling when the hair starts growing back it feels like I have somehting in my bose which can be very annoying. I used this trimmer and even after I trimmed the nose hair it still felt like I had alot of hair left. I went back to the cheap trimmer for the nose hairCustomer Review: Absurd Packaging

This product is fine. But the manufacturer is an idiot - they packaged it in hard plastic that was the most difficult package I have ever tried to open in my life (now 76 years). I cut myself three times and had to use shop shears to open the damn thing. For an inexpensive thing such as a nose hair trimmer? Who steals those? Please be sure that NORELCO gets this comment - not the retailer, who tells me he has had the same problem with one he bought for his son. I've used NORELCO razors exclusively since 1965 but this miserable experience tells me that the next one might just well be from another manufacturer. I am furious. This is a great product when it works. I loved the eyebrow trimming combs and it did a nice job with nose hair as well. As others have noted, however, it does not work consistently. Several times I switched it on but nothing happened until I tapped it against the countertop a few times. Other times I opened it up to find the battery compartment moist, even though I was quite careful to not immerse the entire unit. All I can figure is that water seeps down from the blades into the motor and battery compartments. Mine finally died for good after less than a year of light use and I will not be ordering another one.
