I'm on my second Sonicare A Series electric toothbrush and if they are still available when this one goes out, I will likely buy the same model again. Yes, there are many others on the market now, different sizes and shapes, some lighter and some heavier, but it's so important to check on the cost of the replacement brushes before you make that purchase. The A Series brush is bigger in the hand than the newer models, but I personally like that. I also prefer this standard size brush head to the compact size brush head, but that's just me. I would imagine that a smaller mouth or passive user would benefit from the smaller size, but I have the routine down for moving from one side to the other while covering all teeth and gums. As we all know, it is very important to also clean your gums and these brushes do a great job because they are not too firm for soft gingival areas. I remove the brush head every couple weeks to clean out the base with alcohol and I also clean the brush by pouring boiling water over it now and then. Mine last for 3 months at a minimum, usually longer. I'd recommend checking on the price before deciding on which to order because often times you will pay more for the duo than ordering two of the single brush heads.Customer Review: Exactly what I wanted

This series, which is Sonicare's first electric brush series of this type, is getting harder to find in the common stores. Like all brushes, it lasts six months, and works perfectly. I have used this series for more than five years and I have never had a problem. I do not know of a better brush, or brush series, to combat gingivitis, to remove stains, and improve the overall quality of oral health.Customer Review: These are for KIDS!
