Customer Reviews of Philips Sonicare HX6013/90 ProResults Brush Head Standard, 3-Pack

Customer Review: Good product--very poor rebate/replacement head program
Summary: 4 Stars

In order to qualify for the rebate and the free replacement head you have to return an original receipt and an original UPC symbol from the package. No copies accepted!
Customer Service Representative suggested that if it were given as a gift I should have ask for original copies of receipts. No suggest for the original UPC gifen for a gift. Imagine that with online purchase and used for a gift. How horrible can a company be. Obviously, they do not want to honor any rebates or free replacement heads. And to think I purchased five for gifts.

Customer Review: Forget about the blue indicator, these last way more than that!
Summary: 5 Stars

If you have a Philips Sonicare toothbrush, then you are stuck with buying these, which are NOT cheap by any means. Philips say you should change them as soon as the blue marker disappears...YEAH RIGHT! If you are careful with your brush heads, they should LAST WAY MORE than what the marker indicates! This marker is just there so that Philips can make money out of you by replacing a FULLY FUNCTIONAL head with a new one. Don't fall in this trap, as I have found that these heads are very well made and durable. I recommend them!

Customer Review: Seemed original but did not function well
Summary: 3 Stars

I purchased these heads because of the price and the fact that they were Phillips brand. When first using them they seemed to make an odd humming noise which the original heads did not make. Out of the 3 heads in the pack, 2 of them made this noise and were quite loud.

I also noticed that the blue use indicator seemed to run down faster than the original heads. I do not know if these were a fake brand, or a reject set that was not sent to stores, but I would not purchase this same set again.

Customer Review: These Barely Last a Month Let Alone Three
Summary: 4 Stars

I've been buying these replacement brushes for my Philips Sonicare FlexCare Rechargeable Sonic Toothbrush for over 2 years at retail stores before discovering Amazon's incredible price.

Both the toothbrush and the brush heads work well, but contrary to Philips' claims, I don't see any way they could last 3-months long without losing their effectiveness.

I replace mine each time the light blue indicator bristles near the top of the brush head goes down, which is roughly once a month.

Customer Review: Disappointment
Summary: 3 Stars

When my Elite died after 6 years, I replaced it with a Flexcare because the smaller, lighter size and dual voltage made it great for traveling overseas. I left on my trip mid September, 2010 with a new Flexcare. As of Jan 31, 2011, I have had to use 3 Flexcare heads, brushing twice a day and changing heads only when the indicator showed that I needed to. This is in contrast to the Elite heads which lasted me at least 4 to 6 months, even tho my tooth brushing regimen did not change.
