Customer Reviews of Philips Sonicare HX6932/10 FlexCare RS930 Rechargeable Electric ToothbrushCustomer Review: Great Product. breaks after 2 years. Summary: 1 Stars
It was a great toothbrush. purchased from amazon a little over 2 years ago. Now 2 years, in it's broken. Battery will not charge anymore. If you don't mind spending $150 every 2 years to buy a completely new system, it's great just REALLY expensive. caveat emptor. as soon as the warranty is over, time to buy a new one! because the old one will die.
Customer Review: great product but pricey Summary: 4 Stars
I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He said it took some getting use to but it really does do a great job in getting his teeth clean. I don't care for it myself but I guess that doesn't matter since it's his. I really don't understand why it is so expensive. I think if i had to do it again, I would opt for one of the less expensive models.
Customer Review: Better tooth care! Summary: 5 Stars
My teeth feel like I have just had them cleaned by a dental hygienist everytime I brush with my Philips Sonicare toothbrush. I also like the sanitizing attachment, instead of just shoving it in a drawer and hoping it stays clean. After reading that flushing a toilet can spray water particles 6 feet, I like my toothbrush in a covered sanitizer!
Customer Review: Good when it works Summary: 3 Stars
I have had this since February 2009 and I am on my third one. Every 6 months or so they stop working and I have to call sonicare for a new one. So far they have been good about replacing it, but it is a hassle. Not sure what the issue is, I'm not overly aggressive with it, just use it twice a day. Otherwise it does work well, when it works.
Customer Review: Ultrasonic Review Summary: 5 Stars
I started using UltraSonics consistantly when my Dentist asked how I was keeping my teeth so clean between checkups. Have always purchased Sonicare Ultrasonics.
This is a very good toothbrush with easily accessible features. Highly recommended. Some may feel price is high but I think it's worth it for an appliance used this often.
