What can I say that everyone else hasn't already said?!!? This toothbrush is great! We are on the subscribe and save, and what a good idea it is. We get new replacement heads in every six months (how often you are supposed to replace the toothbrush head anyways) and are always thrilled to swap out and keep using our great toothbrush. This last time we got replacement heads, it's using a different blue line indicator. This one is in the middle of the brush and runs down much quicker than the old line at the front of the brush. Makes me wonder if they really aren't lasting as long as the old ones. Guess it doesn't really matter for us since we get new ones every round, but maybe it would for others. Since using this toothbrush, we have seen noticeable results with the condition and color of our teeth. The Sonicare elite-2 brush head will not give you white, even shining teeth right away. You need to wait for a week or two. This head is the best of the best. Sonicare users have the best looking teeth, and this brush head is so soft. I feel like I am brushing with a rose- my teeth are so shiny and feel so clean- no other electric or electronic toothbrush has this ability. Bar none.
There are many other electrc toothbrushes on the market, some for a very few dollars. But do they give you the feeling of fresh breath, the luxury of running your tongue over smooth, clean teeth? Not like the Sonicare. The Sonicare is the elite of toothbrushes This is the best. The best of th best. Only those who care the very best, who want the best in life, use the Sonicare. You get two, which could last up to a year. Not bad, the price is right, I've seen these at membership stores for $17.00. You'll need them.
For extra cleaning, dip your loaded toothbrush into a cup of baking soda, it's a gentle abrasive and aids in bringing the teeth up. Sure makes the teeth feel clean.
If you have a 50 year mouth (like mine) and have taken coffee and tea for many moons, a professional whitening may be in order but I'm not laying out a grand for the procedure. I'm into the hygeine aspect of sonic care, and sonic care really does take care of teeth and gums. Gums are often over brushed and wear down or neglected altogether, so remember...Sonic care for health, and looks. But there is a point in life when you either accept the aging and yellow hue or shell out some cash for a cosmetic cleaning procedure.

My wife and I have been using the Sonicare tooth brushes for several years. We replace the brush heads about every 3-4 months. We have been very pleased with the performance of the units.
The Sonicare units are easy to clean, and it is very easy to replace the brush heads. After using the Sonicare units, you place them in their chargers where they stay until you're ready to use them again. We've had no problems with the batteries in the units running low.
Our only complaint is about the packaging of the replacement brush heads. The package is plastic, and it's sealed around the edges. It's very hard to open. I have to use metal cutters to cut through the sealed plastic. You would think Philips could come up with packaging that's just as secure, but is much easier to open.
Customer Review: Faulty product ... customer Service a sham

BUYER BEWARE! This product has no follow up service. I have a faulty and defective brush head which has caused mold to grown inside the unit. I contacted customer service and they told me to send in the Model Number and they would replace the unit and brush heads. When I replied to their email I received a non-delivery status, FOUR TIMES! When contacting customer service via telephone they stated they couldn't replace anything because I didn't have proof of purchase. I suppose owning the unit isn't enough. Don't expect anything from Sonicare if you have a problem. Buy your toothbrush from another manufacturer. When I finally contacted another representative she told me the email is sent out by a person who has no control and just returns emails and says whatever it is they want to say. Caveat Emptor!!!
