Never used an electric toothbrush, so I hated to spend the $100+ on this product. Problem solved--it was my Xmas present. First time I used it, I was shocked at the powerful motor and rpms, and LOVED the professionally cleaned feeling my teeth had. A couple of months earlier, my hygienist told me that if my gums didn't improve, i'd have to see to a specialist. This time she said my mouth was beautiful. No gum-guy for me. She aslo remarked that she always sees an improvement in folks who switch to an electric toothbrush. I have used the Philips Sonicare Elite Replacement Brush Heads for several years. In the past, through my independent business, I had been able to receive orders as needed. Once this product was no longer available through my business, I had to search for the proper replacements. I tried some other products but I discovered that those products were inferior and costly since I needed to replace them more frequently.I am most satisfied to have the Philips brand available through Amazon and I will continue to order my replacements on an as needed basis.Customer Review: Nice product

I really recommend this product and suggest giving it one month and you'll notice a difference. Actually...with a dentist in the family, who am I kidding? I'll still have to get my regular checkup, but maybe I can avoid that sand polishing number... After using the new Elite Sonicare for about a month now, I can tell you this thing works! I have purchased over 500 items on Amazon and have never felt compelled to write a review until now. Philips must have bought out Sonicare but their so called "newer" replacement heads are deficient compared to the older Sonicare models. These are much smaller with an extremely tiny brush head. I'm supposed to pay the same price for crappier hardware? I can't find the older models anywhere so I am stuck with this unless I replace the whole model. Might look for another company now for my electric toothbrush needs.
