I have had this pillow for several years (just bought another one!) I can't say enough about it. I have spasming in the neck, migraines and herniated discs and this helped reduce my neck pain.
I highly recommend it..make sure you play around with the water level when you first get it..and get the cover so you can wash it.
I sleep much better on this pillow than any other I have ever owned and really miss it if I am out of town for a few days.
