This is by far the best product if you suspect that you have pin worm infection. I used it to treat our family at the same time following the dosage on the box which is based on weight. It is important to treat everyone in the household at the same time because re-infection may occur. My sons who are under 12 years old says that they sleep better at night and his knee doesn't sore anymore. We follow another round of dosage 2 weeks after the first treatment to make sure no re-infection due to the parasite life cycle. During the treatment period, I washed all our laundry, bed linens with hot water to make sure all the parasite eggs are killed. I also iron the underwear after hot drying cycle just to make sure the underwear are clean. I even brought nail brush for everyone in the house so that we can clean our nails everyday to prevent re-infection. I also make sure everyone in the house take at least one garlic clove(cut it up in small piece and swallow with water. Tell the kids not to chew it) during the treatment period. It has been 4 months now and no symptoms at all. One of my friend who had Type II diabetic with chronic asthma attacks for the past 2 years heard about this medication from me and decided to give it a try. She call me the next day and say that all her asthma symptom had gone and she is sleeping better. Another surprise was that since she is a diabetic she test herself daily with the insulin test. Surprisingly, her result came back negative. Subsequently, she visited her doctor and they asked her what she had taken that dramatically change her test result. It has been 3 months since she last took the Pin X and the test result always comes back normal. I am not a doctor but I have to start wondering if many of the chronic disease were probably a result of parasitic infection.
