Customer Review: Great product, container needs work

I love the detergent and have no complaints about it.
However, there appears to be something awry with the packaging. Two of my four jugs leaked in transit, and when I opened the first jug, it leaked as I was pouring the soap into the lid. It seems that whatever design Planet uses for their jugs is less than sufficient. I was also surprised to see that the box the bottles were shipped in was minimally padded, contrary to the usually excellent packing job that Amazon does with its products.

We really wanted to like this detergent, really, but it would leave blue spots and grease marks on our clothes We have a front loading GE machine and our water is soft due to a water softener. We tried even getting a new washer, but still the blue spots. Our plumber is one who clued us in that was the detergent. We don't use fabric softener or any detergent with any dyes. Our daughter did do well with the detergent - she has extremely sensitive skin. But the loss of clothes was just too muchCustomer Review: Perfect for the whole family + cloth diapers

This detergent is gentle enough for baby, and effective for the whole family. It is one of the few detergents with no enzymes, brighteners, fragrances, etc. It is perfect for use with BumGenius, as it does not void their one-year warranty on diapers.
I use Amazon Grocery to have it delivered in a batch of 4 bottles every 2 months, which is great because we never run out, we get a 15% discount, no tax, no shipping, and I don't have to shop around for a good price at the store.

I HAVE EXCEMA, AND HAVE TRIED A LOT OF DIFFERENT DETERGENTS THAT CLAIM THEY ARE FREE OF SKIN IRRITATING INGREDIENTS. THE ONE THING THAT ALL OF THEM HAVE ISFABRIC BRIGHTENERS, WHICH CAUSES SKIN IRRITATION, BECAUSE THEY ARE SHINY LITTLE PARTICLES, THAT GET IMBEDDED IN YOUR SKIN. PLANET IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I AM AWARE OF THAT DOESN'T USE FABRIC BRIGHTENERS, AND IT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DOESN'T IRRITATE MY SKIN.I AM SO GLAD I FOUND IT, AND WILL BE A CUSTOMER Review: Great ProductSummary: 5 Stars I have yet to determine if the price per wash load is competitive with the store's price, but this product works great! I have always used All Free & Clear but after reading the reviews on the Amazon version I decided to try something new. My family has exzema and we are very careful about what chemicals we use. This product cleans wonderfully and has had no negative effects on our skin. I am very pleased with this product and it's ability to clean my family's clothing.
