I bought this for my parents who are in their 90's and love to play Rummy and Dominoes. This works for both games. It was very difficult for them to hold the cards in their hands for a period of time so this was very helpful. I bought one for each of them. I'm not sure if they use it for their dominoes tho. They mentioned one time that the pieces keep falling off of the holder. I think because the dominoes are plastic and they slide off easily. otherwise, great gift for the elderly or anyone that has trouble with their hands.
