Excellent service by Alpha Medical. Bought wrong size and exchanged it with no hassle. Product is good, wore it all night in bed with no discomfort. Highly recommended. Problems are the fact that there is no instructions with it and also if you do in fact have shoulder problems you will not be able to get this adjusted easily. All of the adjustments are in the back.
Very poor design.. You get what you pay for. The seller is very nice and we are in the process of a refund. Seller is quick to respond to your needs. I would use this seller again!

The back brace works but it shifts around alot so you constantly have to adjust it. Plus, you have to wear a shirt under it or else it wears away at your underarms and chaffes. Its also hard to wear something over it. But, it works to some extent.Customer Review: Good but not great

I've tried two of these straps so far and this one seems to be the better one. The other one I tried was by "Surgical Appliance Industries." It was good, but not good enough to prevent me from trying a third style.
It gets the job done and is incognito if worn under clothes. There was mild rubbing under the arms, but that is to be expected from these types of braces. I would imagine that there could be some that rub less. Also, this brace was not as durable as I need. I used it during a few work outs and it ripped, but I was putting a lot of strain on it.
