These are fantastic for a protein meal or snack. Very nice texture (think: Little Debbie Nutty Bars). With 13g protein and only 5g sugar... these are much better than most protein bars. Also, they don't have that thick, chewy, hard consistency that most protein bars have. My favorite flavor is the Peanut Butter Fudge but I've also tried the other flavors and liked them too. They do have 200 calories per bar so just be carefull that you don't get hooked on having them too often. It's easy to do.
