Customer Review: Gets the job done but hurts my stomach a little

Not much to say about it. Like all the rest of the gels out there it gets the job done. I've tested out a few different brands and I still think GU makes the easiest absorbed best tasting gel. The consistency of the powerbar gel is a little thinner, easier to swallow but it doesn't taste as good. Also it may just be my stomach but it upsets my stomach for the first 5 minutes immediately after consuming. I never experienced this with GU or Clif shots. The energy boost I feel is about the same so I suggest getting whichever brand works for you.
