Customer Review: Wonderful Toothbrush... Even Better Price

I'm a person who's always had excellent dental history and great teeth so I was surprised on my last routine cleaning to see that heavy calculus had built up. After mentioning that I'd been using a Sonicare, my dentist immediately told me to switch to this toothbrush, claiming that it's a far more superior brush and a great value. Right after that visit I walked straight to Walgreens and bought one. Since then I've noticed a BIG difference in how much cleaner my teeth are. After doing some research I understood why the Vitality was so much better than Sonicare... the only method of brushing that is more effective than using a manual toothbrush was using one that brushes in a circular motion. With the Vitality you can really clean behind your teeth and reach all the way back to your molars very effectively; which I could not with Sonicare. I went in today for a routine cleaning and my teeth were looking great! For the quality and value of this toothbrush, it really can't be beat.Customer Review: Excellent Product

I have resisted buying electric toothbrushes for quite some time because of the price. "My manual toothbrush is working just fine, and I rinse with an anti-cavity rinse after brushing," I told myself.
I went for a year without dental insurance. When I went to the dentist, He told me that I had the beginning stages of gum disease, and a potential cavity. At that point, I thought I'd try spending $20 to avoid the much higher cost of cavities and gum disease. I selected this brush because of the high rating and the reasonable cost.
I had my semi-annual checkup yesterday, and my mouth is now much healthier. The concern for gum disease is gone, and I don't have a cavity. The only thing I changed is the type of brush I used, so I credit this brush to better health.
I have not noticed a loud noise or a warm handle in using the brush. The timer is a great feature (apparently, I brush my teeth for too long).

This is one of the cheapest electric brush u can find. I wanted to try them for my kid. Not for me, since I am a devoted manual brusher. But my opinion of the electric brush changed immediately after my first brushing.
This cheapest electric brush was doing much better job at brushing than I was. It turned out to be little too strong for my 2.2 year old. So he will have to wait but I gained a basic brush I felt in love and I can't wait to upgrade in the future.
Pro: Price - cheap, get one. Brush compatible with more expensive ones so this brush makes perfect sense to be your first electric brush. Performs well.
Con: uses NiCad battery. Any device with NiCad are planned obsolescent equipment. Do not buy. unless that is disposable. Li-Ion ones are like $80+.
Buy Buy Buy.. there is absolutely no reason not to buy and use electric brush. I will make sure everyone I know use it and you should too.
Customer Review: Made me have faith in some companies again

This product has restored my faith that some companies are ethical. They know how to make excellent products at descent prices. This product has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. When I use it I actually feel like I just left the dentist office. I have noticed that my teeth are noticeably whiter and more healthy after using the product and I frequently hit the 2 minute timer because this product is addictive and fun to use. I have used Sonic tooth brushes before this and have found their electric tooth brushes to be utterly useless. I even ended up throwing away my $129 sonic tooth brush. This brush not only cleans well, it can be easily cleaned, and can be easily upgraded with different attachments. I am anxious to try the floss head soon as I hear it is also well rated and does the job it is supposed to.
I highly recommend this product. As stupid as this sounds... thanks Oral B.
Customer Review: Better than Dual Clean

Per dentist's recommendation, I started using this and the results are very impressive. My teeth are visibly cleaner than they used to be with manual brushing. Even though I took utmost care during manual brushing, but still can't beat the advantages of the precision cleaning around the teeth & gums. As an experiment, I ordered Oral-B Vitality Dual Clean Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush (Colors May Vary) and then used Oral-B Precision Clean tooth brush refills, new package, 7 ct. And I found that the Precision clean is definitely better than the Dual Clean in terms of cleaning the hard-to-reach areas. However, life of Dual Clean is more than the Precision Clean. (And either of them is better than the manual brushing anyway)
