I thought I would never have to use any Preparation H product, or at least not until I got a lot older, but my job for the last couple of years requires an abnormal amount of sitting, and as a consequence, without going into detail, I now use Preparation H products. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I immediately took action and my "problem" has gone away, thanks to Preparation H.
Now that I've solved my problem, what I do to keep it away is once a day, right before bedtime, I use Preparation H Medicated Hemorrhoidal Wipes with Witch Hazel and Aloe, 48-Count Refill Packages (Pack of 4) as a pre-wipe before applying the Preparation H gel, to make sure the problem stays gone, and it's been working.

You can apply Preparation H continually as therapy for relief of hemorrhoidal symptoms.
The manufacturer recommends application to the affected area up to 4 times daily, especially at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement.
