My son is studying to be an EMT and wanted to purchase this combo medical set. Honestly when I saw the price I didn't expect much. I was very wrong. The product arrived well packaged and very quickly. It came in a nice carrying case which is convenient. You'll be surprised at the quality of this product for the price. I find the Prestige Spectrophotometer to be very accurate and easy to use. You can use it one handed to take your own blood pressure. I find it much more accurate than the digital spectrophotometers. It is professional grade and just like the ones you can find in any doctor's office. It is easy to use, requires no batteries and can be used anywhere at any time. It folds down easily into it's black carrying case and takes up very little room.Customer Review: You get what you pay for

I bought this set for a nursing class but ended up returning it the same day. The stethoscope was extremely uncomfortable but it worked well so I thought I could deal with the pain for one class. Then I took out the cuff and straight out of the box the gauge was at 22psi. So I just boxed it right back up and took it down to the post office. This is a good stethoscope.
Comes with a couple of different attachments, bell-shaped and flat drums.
Also has multiple earbuds, to be more comfortable.
Bag is a little small to hold everything, though. That's the only bad thing about it.
Four stars for everything being great but the bag, and the bag isn't very important, honestly.

Everything with the cuff and stethoscope was okay except I think there was a leak with the blood pressure cuff. Whenever I pumped up the cuff, you can tell by the guage that the pin is slowly coming down. But if you're looking for an inexpensive cuff and stethoscope that gets the job done I'd stick with this one.
