It doesn't give this info on amazon's product page, but this sling comes in 4 sizes. The sizes listed on the insert are: 1) Child/Small Adult (3.5' to 5'; 50-90 pounds), 2) Adult Average (5' to 6'; 90-250 lbs.), 3) Pro-3Xtra Large (6' to 6' 7"; 225-300 lbs.), & 4) Goliath (6' 7" or taller; 300+ lbs.). It's a little hard to unfasten the hook & loop (Velcro type) closure, because it grips tightly to the fabric, so it's best to do this with the sling before you put your arm in it. It works equally well for both arms, & there's a large insert at the end of the sling to put your thumb (on one side) & your other four fingers (on the other side). Very comfortable, & works very well. The strap (1.5" wide) is made of a soft material that does not irritate or dig into my neck, like some other slings do. This is a superior product, & well worth the money.
