I understand it is winter but the product was shipped in a tiny cardboard box with no padding/insulation and was frozen solid. I was going to return it immediately but was not enthused about going through the lengthy return process hoping to get my refund and be out shipping costs. Two days later, when the bottle finally completely unthawed, I began to use it as directed. It has been over one month and have had no change in symptoms or noticing any difference. I was grasping at straws since I cannot afford regular hormone level checks and TRUE bioidentical hormone replacement from a compounding pharmacy. They say on the bottle that this cream is "bioidentical", but wild yam does not fit the definition of the true meaning. I invite anyone who really wants to find natural hormone replacement to read Suzanne Somers book "Ageless" and if you can afford to see a specialist who treats people with bioidentical hormones to go for it. I am 39, very physically fit, eat a very balanced diet, but work an extremely stressful position in surgery and had a partial hysterectomy a few years ago thrusting me into early menopause. I am still looking for something that works. This was not it. Thanks for reading.
