I have what seems to go between mild to moderate Rosacea. I am in my mid 50's and it just came on within the past 6 months... I tried antiboitics internal and also a topical cream. The cream just seemed to make it worse. So I changed my diet just a bit by making certain I drink Kefire every day I thought the probiotic's might help and also make certain I eat fresh fruit every day. Those two things really helped... however my skin was still bumpy, red, and sore. I saw this product and decided to give it a try and I was amazed after the first application what a difference it made to my skin. I am very happy. I still have some redness and bumps. I just received the product this past Friday. That is how quickly it started to work.
Also, and most of you who suffer from Rosacea probably know this... try your best to wash you face with cold water. I tend to splash warm water on my face when I am in the shower and wow... does that make a difference.. Really I think I could scare kids it looks so bad.
Suffering with Rosacea is new to me... so if anyone has any other ideas and/or helpful hints please feel free to reach out to me.. I would appreciate any suggestions.

I have been suffering with the occasional redness on my face for a couple of years. My face would look like it was sunburned. I had to cover up with lots of heavy makeup and it felt awful. Finally made the appointment to see my doctor when I couldn't stand it anymore.
The doctor gave me 2 different perscriptions for gels and ointments. They seemed to work but it took weeks to see any results and my face still had to be covered with makeup to hide the redness. I bought this Prosacea after reading some of the reviews and decided this would be cheaper than another $25.00 doctor visit plus the cost of more of the same expensive creams. I gave it a shot.
Boy, was I surprised. The burning stopped with the very first application and the redness was greatly reduced overnight. I no longer have the dryness that the other ointments caused.
After just 2 or 3 days, my face was back to normal and even my husband was amazed at the quick improvement. Keeping it on hand for flare ups.

This is my first review on anything so let me tell you a little about myself im a 21 year old mom and my husband is in the Air Force and we are now overseas living in Turkey. I have always had roscea since i was a kid my cheeks have always been red so i have always used a coversick since 4th grade. It never really bothered me untill we moved here and then it seemed to be getting worse. Dont really know why so i came on here read all the reviews and thought what the hell. WRONG i got it with in a week then stared to use it,it burned my poor face didnt get ride of the redness,now my face is super dry, now i have acne from it which now i have to find some thing to fix that. I would go to a dermatologist but since we live in Turkey and no one here speaks english im pretty much on my own on this. So please think twice before you get this i wish i did cause now i would love just to have red cheeks instead of all this other stuff. So thats why i only gave it one stare.Customer Review: Great find

Obviously this product does not work for everybody but I've been searching for something that controls redness and mild rosacea since Cutanix was pulled off the market by the FDA. This product works extremely well for me - and I just passed it on to my physician. I've used it twice a day since discovering it during an idle walk around a pharmacy last summer. I am really pleased with the results and only worry that it, too, will disappear like Cutanix did. BTW, I've tried a number of prescriptions but none have had any noticeable affect. Since some users seem to have a negative reaction to this product, it's cheap enough to buy and try on a patch of skin to see if it will work for you. I hope it does. I have been plagued with roseaca for years and years. I tried a prescription cream with little results after weeks of use.
TWO DAYS of use and my bright red spider veins and patches were pink. Of course, I redden up more when I'm hot (very frequent) and was amazed that the red was not as bright as usual. I'm continuing to see less and less redness as I use this (2 weeks now) and can't wait to see results over the long term.
Like other reviewers, I only need the barest amount for cheeks, nose and chin. It's not greasy (like the rx cream I used), I haven't noticed any odor, and it is absorbed quickly. Zip, zap and I'm ready for moisturizer!
