I'm not 100% convinced of the therapeutic value of this item but it does affect you as you use it. You can feel yourself switching to different states of consciousness as you relax. Recommend routing through a music source as the straight pulses get old fast. I don't use it much (it was more of a curiosity for me) but it can be fun to play with.
