I bought this product because it was a less expensive version than the ones I usually buy from my gym. Now I know why it was so cheap! It gave me the most horrible bloated and nauseated feeling. It must be the quality of the products used. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on the higher quality ones (Apex, etc). Those really work well. You get what you pay for I guess!
