I was self-treating painful headaches for at least the last 5 years, taking everything from Excedrin Migraine to poppin' motrin like it was candy. I was finally diagnosed with migraines by a neurologist and she suggested that I start taking this product. It has truly helped, I only have to take migraine meds when my menstrual cycle comes. Taking Migrelief, making some simple dietary changes (reduce or eliminate caffeine as well as artificial sweeteners) and getting plenty of rest will make all the difference in the world.Customer Review: Migrelief lives up to its name

After years on various prescription medications, I finally bit the bullet and tried Migrelief, at the recommendation of my neurologist. I am not a believer in herbal products, since they are unregulated and the "evidence" is not based on scientifically controlled studies. So I was pleasantly surprised when the interval between my migraines lengthened. I have gone as long as four weeks without one, which has not happened for years. However, I still get migraines and occassionally get clusters.Customer Review: WHO KNEW??

A friend told me about this after her great success with it-- I take 1 a day (instead of 2) and have cut out red wine too-- I used to get migraines 1-2 x month like clockwork for years and now...hardly ever, and when I do, they are MUCH milder. Less frequent and less intense migraines = amazing breakthrough. Taken daily, it took a month or so to kick in. It's crazy that something off the shelf at Whole Foods fixed the problem that the doctors and the prescriptions med could not.Customer Review: Excellent Migraine Relief!!

I have tried many, many medications and supplements to control my frequent migraines. Relpax has worked wonders to treat the pain and symptoms of a migraine headache in action, but Migrelief is the best supplement I have found yet to actually prevent migraines. I went from ten plus migraines per month to only three migraines per month after taking this supplement for 6 weeks. It is an excellent preventive supplement and I strongly recommend it.Customer Review: Excellent Product

I think this product really works. I have been using it for about 5 weeks now and I have much less headaches. The headaches I still get are much less severe. If you are having trouble with migranes I suggest you try this product. Just as a sidenote: This product will make your urine very yellow because of the large dose of vitamin B in it.
