I was self-treating painful headaches for at least the last 5 years, taking everything from Excedrin Migraine to poppin' motrin like it was candy. I was finally diagnosed with migraines by a neurologist and she suggested that I start taking this product. It has truly helped, I only have to take migraine meds when my menstrual cycle comes. Taking Migrelief, making some simple dietary changes (reduce or eliminate caffeine as well as artificial sweeteners) and getting plenty of rest will make all the difference in the world.Customer Review: Migraine relief - naturally

I've been using Quantum-MigreLief for a number of years now on a daily basis. The severity of my migraines is not as debilitating as they were before. Regarding dosage - I take one tablet 2 X a day because one was not sufficient.

I just ordered my second bottle of MigreLief. I have been taking it for about 1 month. I have noticed a considerable decrease in the frequency, duration, and severity of my migraines. I have been a migriane sufferer for approximately 26 years and have been on several different medications prescribed by my Neurologist. Medications that have side effects that I do not wish to take the chance to experience. Some of them I did. I started taking herbal supplements about 3 years. They worked somewhat but none with the success I have had since taking MigreLief. I do not take others experiences as my own. What works for some, does not work for others. What I know for sure is that the crippling migraines that I have suffered with for most of my life have decreased. Try this product. How can it hurt? Don't take someone else's experience for yours. I've suffered from migraines for years, and this is the only product that helps. It has kept me migraine free for over a year.
Please keep in mind, though, that one of the main ingredients can cause miscarriage, so do not take it if you're pregnant or trying to become pregnant.

I have been using this supplement for years and it helps! When I couldn't find it in the stores I bought the vitamins and herbal supplements by themselves but it costs twice as much. It was a relief to be able to find it here on Amazon.
