I have been taking this product for almost a month- twice a day per Doctor's suggestion for my Migraines. I have not seen any change in my pain level or of the consistancy of my migraines.
I don't know how long you are suppose to take this supplement before it gets into your system,but as of yet, it is not working for me.

Having gone through 20 yrs of migraine/tension headaches with no relief but through prescription meds that were both expensive and had undesireable side effects, this has worked for me. As a longtime migraine sufferer, I frequently have migraines that last for days, or come and go several times a day. This product was recommended to me by my neurologist and really does work. My husband and I have been using this stuff for years and it works GREAT! He is prone to migraines after heavy exercise, and if he takes one before, it prevents one from coming. I take one when I start to feel one coming on, and it still helps the migraine from coming on. Highly, highly recommended!Customer Review: Seems to work but one drawback

Well, "correlation is not causation" but this seems to help my kid's headaches.
One drawback: it's a big pill--too big for my kid to swallow, so we have to crush it and mix it with ice cream. It's a strong, unpleasant taste that she complains about every time, also strong yellow color.
