This is a great way to quickly clean the pump parts when at work, but they clean the accessible areas only. There is no substitute for washing in running water and either steaming or running in the dishwasher every couple of days at least. I never really used this item. After pumping I would normally just go to the sink and rinse off my items and place them on a towel for next time. You could also just use baby wipes if your going to use a wipe. Just not what I needed personnaly.

I love these for late night pumping if my child doesn't wake up. I use these all the time! I would not live without them! They stay moist and if you really wanted to you could use a scissor and cut them in half because the sheets are very large.Customer Review: Pumping mom's friend

These Medela Quick clean wipes are so wonderful for pumping on the road! I can use them to clean up all my parts if no water is available, and I can use them to "wash my hands" before pumping if I need to, also. They have come in really handy!Customer Review: Fantastic product!

I thought these would be a waste of money, but since a free pack came with my pump, I kept them. They're fantastic. They work wonderfully for removing lanolin from your flanges. In fact, I always wipe them down with these. Highly recommend.
