My father is 86 and has mascular degen.and he has a hard time using a hand held magnifier due to the fact that he shakes alot!The view is great -The only thing is that I wish these were made ALOT BIGGER-this is only about 3"if even-They should be about 8" so it wouldn't have to move as often!Over all I would recommend =Great Quality!
